| Mike
qualified in 1981 and initially worked in the commercial property
world in the north west of England before moving to Towcester
in 1982. He was a partner in Shoosmiths & Harrison from
1986 to 1990 before co-founding Arnold Thomson with his former
partner James Arnold in 1990, he now heads up the team as Director
at Arnold Thomson. His particular expertise is in agriculture
and related property matters, particularly agricultural tenancies,
for clients throughout England and Wales. |

| Matt
joined Arnold Thomson in 2002 and was appointed a Director in
June 2007. Matt specialises in general matters affecting landowners,
farmers and private clients with particular focus on farm and
estate sales, agricultural tenancies and development land sales.
Matt is also an active member of the Agricultural Law Association
and sits on the Association’s “Next Generation”
Committee.

| Mike
Fursey has been with the firm of Arnold Thomson since its creation
in 1990, and qualified as a solicitor in 1989 following completion
of his training at Shoosmiths. Mike Fursey in particular deals
with all aspects of Agricultural Property work, Residential
Conveyancing, Tax and Trusts, Wills and Probate and all work
relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, and
other ancillary matters which may relate to the Elderly Client. |

| Christine
qualified in 1981 after training in Leicester. She moved to
Arnold Thomson in 1990 from Shoosmith & Harrison in Northampton.
Her expertise is in commercial property matters generally, particularly
property development (both commercial and residential), options
and commercial tenancies including telecommunication agreements.

Maurice Alton
Honeywell qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and became a Chartered
Tax Adviser in 1993. He spent many years working in Devon before
joining Arnold Thomson in 1996. Over the years his legal interests
have included property and agricultural law as well as capital
and stamp taxes, and at present much of his work is concerned
with trusts and the more complex probate and inheritance matters
and succession planning for rural estates.
He is a long standing member of the Law Society’s Probate
Section and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association’s
Tax Committee.
When he was in the West Country, Maurice acquired a particular
interest in the law of commons and rural open spaces.
Maurice Alton Honeywell is also a Notary Public and has the
Diploma in Notarial Practice awarded by the University of Cambridge. |

| Sylvia
is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives specialising
in Residential Property matters, and has been a property lawyer
with Arnold Thomson since 1997. She qualified as an Associate
of ILEX in 1978 in Staffordshire, since which time she has dealt
with property matters in various parts of the country, gaining
valuable experience in the peculiarities of specific areas and
the differing types of legal title which exist. |

| Vicky
joined Arnold Thomson in 2000 and deals with all areas of contentious
work with particular emphasis on agricultural and commercial
property and equestrian matters. Vicky has obtained her Higher
Rights of Audience which will allow her to represent her clients
in all Courts including the House of Lords. Vicky is a member
of the Equine and Animal Lawyers Association and the Agricultural
Law Association. |

| Jon
was for many years a dairy farmer before deciding to retrain
as a solicitor. Jon specialises in agricultural law, being able
to use his experience as a working farmer to give a practical
insight into the problems faced by farmers within their industry. |

| After
a career in teaching and writing about law, Bobby joined Arnold
Thomson in 2000. She deals with residential conveyancing, commercial
leases and a variety of property matters. She has a particular
interest in Land Registry practice. |

| Gemma
joined the firm in September 2008 to commence her training contract
and will be assisting in all areas of work undertaken by the
firm during her training. Gemma will qualify as a solicitor
on completion of her two year training contract. |

| Lucie
joined Arnold Thomson in August 2006. Whilst working full time
for us, she is currently completing a 4 year part-time study
training contract leading to her qualification as a solicitor
in 2013. Lucie will be involved in most areas of work undertaken
by the firm. |
