Maurice Alton Honeywell qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and became a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1993. He spent many years working in Devon before joining Arnold Thomson in 1996. Over the years his legal interests have included property and agricultural law as well as capital and stamp taxes, and at present much of his work is concerned with trusts and the more complex probate and inheritance matters and succession planning for rural estates.
He is a long standing member of the Law Society’s Probate Section and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association’s Tax Committee.
Maurice Alton Honeywell is also a Notary Public and has the Diploma in Notarial Practice awarded by the University of Cambridge.
