Mike Fursey has been with the Firm since its doors were first opened in 1990.
He qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 following completion of his training at Shoosmiths. With many years of experience, and with a keen interest in property, Mike Fursey deals with a wide variety of legal matters which includes dealing with Agricultural Property, Residential Property, Wills and Probate including Estate Administration, Trusts, all work relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney in respect of both Property and Financial Affairs as well as Health and Welfare. Mike also deals with other ancillary matters which relate to and affect Elderly Clients.
Mike has been described as a “natural with clients” with his ability to simplify the most complex matters and robust approach to finding the best solution to his clients’ legal needs, wherever possible.
